2021 La Lieff Sauvignon Blanc
Pale Straw in color. Beautiful aromatics of Gooseberries, Bosc pears and Orange Blossoms. This Sauvignon Blanc is crisp on the palate, while maintaining a delicate and silky texture, ending with a long finish.
This wine was whole-cluster pressed, then settled for two days before racking and initiating fermentation. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, this wine was not allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation, thereby retaining its freshness and acidity.

		Vineyard Notes
Grown in San Luis Obispo County along California’s Central Coast, our grapes continue to create our world class wines. Proximity to the ocean, orientation of the numerous canyons, and varying elevations produce diverse microclimates, allowing production of both cool and warm weather loving wine-grape varieties.
