Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
This bright medium-bodied wine has beautiful aromas of fresh raspberry, cherry cola, grenadine, rhubarb, along with baking spice, clove and nutmeg. The palate contains lovely flavors of cherry, raspberry, pomegranate which gives way to lush core filled with cinnamon, nutmeg and suede leather. This bright palate gives way to long silky tannins. Flirty, perfect wine to take to any event.
Vineyard Notes
Grown in San Luis Obispo County along California’s Central Coast, our grapes continue to create our world class wines. Proximity to the ocean, orientation of the numerous canyons, and varying elevations produce diverse microclimates, allowing production of both cool and warm weather loving wine-grape varieties.

Winemaker Notes
Berries were hand harvested, hand sorted, and destemmed at the winery. After a 48-hour cold soak, whole berries were fermented using native yeast for 12-14 days. Caps were punched down by hand twice a day. After a delicate pressing, the wine was aged in neutral French barrels for 6 months to preserve fruit- driven flavors.
