Rich aromas of mulberry, plum, blackberry and dark cherry combine with scents of clove, cinnamon and baking spices on the nose to create an exotic scent. On the palate, these elements emerge in layers for a complex mouthfeel, wrapped together by a silky texture. Medium bodied, with bright tannins and a long finish.
This wine was whole-berry fermented using native yeasts and aged for ten months in neutral French oak to capture the true expression of the Vineyard.
